Event details, pricing, and availability may change.

Refunds and cancellations may be governed by event organizer policies, vendor-specific policies, and applicable payment provider rules.

BAP is not responsible for third-party event execution.

6. Vendor and Business Listings

Businesses and vendors listed on BAP are independent parties.

While BAP may support trusted discovery experiences, we do not guarantee vendor performance, service quality, availability, or outcomes of transactions.

Users should exercise independent judgment before engaging with vendors.

7. Intellectual Property

All BAP branding, platform content, logos, designs, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, or commercially exploit any BAP materials without permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By posting content on BAP, you grant BAP a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, promote, operate, and improve platform experiences.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to content you share.

9. Platform Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time without liability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

BAP is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of listings, platform compatibility, specific outcomes, or vendor reliability.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAP shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, event disruptions, vendor disputes, community interactions, or third-party actions.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BAP and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the platform, your content, violations of these Terms, or misuse of services.
